OVERVIEW
EN ISO 9934-2 Reference Test Block-2 is used to determine the sensitivity of magnetic consumables. It consists of two steel bars and two permanent magnets. The movement of the magnetic consumable applied to the middle point of the block surface in both directions gives the sensitivity of the consumable. Consumables that can travel short distances in plus and minus can be considered as low performance and consumables that can travel longer distances can be considered as high performance.
